My friend, Anne, made this sweet little quilt. I'm not going to lie: everyone who has seen this quilt in person just absolutely loves it. You will, too, once you win it and I send it on over. ;)
She took some leftover jelly roll strips to make these blocks.
They are so bold and colorful! Anne has a keen eye for color.
Little girls love lots of color, too. You know a little girl, don't you? A daughter, or niece perhaps?
No? Well, didn't your neighbor down the street just have a baby?

Here's the backing, with the lovely floral quilting. True confession: I think I like the back just as much as the front. There's just something about that dot...
