Little Stripes Quilt

My friend, Anne, made this sweet little quilt.  I'm not going to lie: everyone who has seen this quilt in person just absolutely loves it.  You will, too, once you win it and I send it on over.  ;)

She took some leftover jelly roll strips to make these blocks.

They are so bold and colorful!  Anne has a keen eye for color.

Little girls love lots of color, too.  You know a little girl, don't you?  A daughter, or niece perhaps?

No?  Well, didn't your neighbor down the street just have a baby?

Don't think twice... just win the quilt, then find the little girl later.  If you buy it, she will come.  Promise.

Here's the backing, with the lovely floral quilting. True confession: I think I like the back just as much as the front.  There's just something about that dot...
