This quilt will be just perfect for that little baby in your life. Can't you just see her laying in the middle of that star, playing with her toes?
When Nan came across this blog, she was moved by Charlotte's story. She pulled out this quilt that she had recently finished (a Swoon block), and then rushed to finish this one, and she sent them off to me.
I just adore both of them! Look at that quilting that she did in the gray area:
And the backing is something I can't seem to get enough of: Flea Market Fancy by Denyse Schmidt. Sigh...
This would also be so lovely as a wall hanging, don't you think? (Though for my part, I'd have to sneak peeks at that backing at least once a week!)
